Circa 1968 United States Naval Forces Vietnam pocket patch made in Saigon by Cheap Charlies. The patch shows a red shield with an anchor in the center surrounded by a wreath and with three stars beneath. The patch reads: "U.S. NAVAL FORCES VIETNAM" in white embroidered lettering.
