Description
Nicely worn 1940's - 1950's Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout ring. This example is in an "art deco" Type 2B in enameled sterling. The center shows an applied silver eagle perched on a banner that reads: "BE PREPARED" against a background of red, white, and blue enamel that reads: "EAGLE SCOUT".
VINTAGE:Circa 1940's 1950's.
SIZE:Approximately size 11; 7/8" x 7/8".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver, enamel, riveted construction.
ATTACHMENT:To be worn on finger.

CONDITION:6+ (Fine - Very Fine): The ring shows moderate to heavy wear, is split in the back, much of the enamel remains intact, nice tarnish, overall fine condition.
