This is a Nice Vintage Austin Texas Police Lieutenant Hat with Gold Filled Hat Badge # 13.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970's.
SIZE:Hat Badge: 7-3/8 by 7-5/8"; Hat measures approximately: 7-1/2" ear to ear; 7-1/2" front to back; 7-3/8" front height; 5".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool, vinyl, paper, silk, Gold-filled and enameled brass.
ATTACHMENT:Badge: Single post with screwback and stabilizer pin.
