This is a nice, slightly "salty" United States Marine Corps enlisted man visor hat badge from World War I. The badge is an eagle, globe and anchor, and has a handsome, coppery patina.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 1-9/16" in height and 1-9/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Copper-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with washer and slightly domed disc backing, stabilization pin (bent).
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The badge is slightly salty and has a great patina; post slightly bent and stabilization pin bent over.
