ARTIFACT: This is a Nice Old 1890's - 1900's Shelby County Iowa Deputy Sheriff Badge. Period of use Repair to pin on back, Replaced with iron salty type pin.

VINTAGE: Circa 1890s - 1900s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-5/8" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated nickel with black painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin
