ARTIFACT: This is an early World War II United States Navy patrol torpedo boat sleeve rate in white twill. The patch is round and shows a mosquito riding a torpedo over the ocean.

VINTAGE: Circa early World War II.

SIZE: About 3-1/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Twill patch with black cotton thread embroidery.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto uniform.

MARKINGS: None.
