ARTIFACT: This is an early World War II United States Navy patrol torpedo boat sleeve rate. The rate shows a mosquito riding a missile over the ocean.

VINTAGE: Circa early World War II.

SIZE: About 2-3/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wool felt patch with white cotton thread embroidery and mesh-like backing.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.
