ARTIFACT: This is a cool 1960's United States Marine Corps Military Police badge from the New London Submarine Base in Connecticut. There is an identification number on the front that reads "138.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960's

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/2" x 1-1/2"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold plated and enameled brass

ATTACHMENT: Pocket Clip

MARKINGS: "SENTRY. MILITARY POLICE. DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY. UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS. N. LON., SUBASE, CT."

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Military Police collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJJZ17 LCHEX03/17 SCHEX3/17

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine +): The badge shows light to moderate wear on the obverse, some of the plating is stripped off, and there is some tarnish
