Minty WWII Combat Infantry badge in sterling silver, originally worn by John Q. Seagroves of Apex, North Carolina. The badge is a blue painted rectangle that features a rifle in raised detail in the center and a wreath behind. The badge also came along with his dog tags, see link below.
