This is a Mint in Wrapper DSN (Defense Service Network) Naval Investigative Service Agent Badge #380. Mint, as issued, still sealed in the manufacturer's Plastic Wrapper.
Looks ugly in the wrapper, but it is in MINT Condition.
Number is visible on back: 0383
Unable to see its maker's mark because of Plastic.

Circa 1980's.

Approximately Badge: 2-1/2" in height x 1-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:
Silver Plated Brass in the manufacturer's Plastic Wrapper.
