ARTIFACT: This is a paperback first edition copy of "Midget Submarine", Weapons Book Number 42 in the Ballantine's Illustrated History of the Violent Century series. Written by James Gleason and Tom Waldron, this volume deals with the stealthy miniature craft built by nations on both sides employed for guerilla warfare during World War II. It has several black and white photographs and some illustrated diagrams and was published in 1975. VINTAGE: Published 1975.

SIZE: 160 pages; approximately 8-1/4" in height and 5-7/16" in width.
