Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a Pan American-Grace Airways wing with shoulder tabs. The wing reads GRACE at center against white enamel and each tab has three golden stripes at bottom.

VINTAGE:

Circa mid-1960s.

SIZE:

Wing: approximately 1/2" in height and 2" in width; tab: approximately 2-1/4" in height and 1-15/16" in width (each).

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Wing: gold-plated brass with enamel; tabs: wool felt with gold embroidery tape.
