Description
This is a distinctive insignia for the Massachusetts Army National Guard Element, Joint Force Headquarters by Emblemcraft. The DI shows an arm bent at the elbow grasping a broadsword and reads ENSE PETIT PLACIDAM (by the sword she seeks peace). This motto is a partial version of the motto of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-5/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with clutch-back catches.
MARKINGS:MADE IN U.S.A. E-25.
