Late 1940's - early 1950's Douglas Aircraft 10 years of service pin by Robbins. The center shows a nearly 3D globe with the North and South American continents showing and three planes flying across in nice detail. Around the raised center globe it reads: "DOUGLAS AIRCRAFT CO. INC 10 YEARS" and the outer edge features a nicely embellished border.
