ARTIFACT:

This is a circa late 1960s through early 1970s pilot hat badge for Northeast Airlines. The badge is a wreathed compass with a red star indicating the northeastern point.

VINTAGE:

Circa late 1960s - early 1970s.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-5/16" in height and 2-1/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS:

None.
