ARTIFACT: This is a circa late 1950s French badge for the 253ème Compagnie de Circulation Routiere or 253e CCR (Company of Road Traffic). The badge is by Drago and is a nicely enameled winged horse against a wheel.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-5/8" in height and 1-3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-style pin with saddle.

MARKINGS: DRAGO-PARIS H644 25 BERANGER.

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The badge shows only light wear and has some tarnish on the reverse only.
