ARTIFACT:

This is a Late 1960's Bakersfield California Police Reserve Patrolman Badge # R-39.

lthough unmarked, this badge appears to be made by the Blackinton firm. 

VINTAGE:

Late 1960s.

SIZE:

Approximately 3" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Chrome plated brass and gilt brass with hard-fired blue and black enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.

MARKINGS:

N/A.
