This is an Early 1960's Bakersfield California Police Reserve Patrolman Badge # R - 39 in Excellent Condition by Blackinton.

Early 1960s.

Approximately 3-1/8" in height x 2-1/8" in width.

Gilt brass with hard fired blue enamel.

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
