This is a Smith School of Practical Nursing graduation pin from the late 1940s or early 1950s. The pin shows a lamp and a book at its center and bears the engraved initials K.V. S. on reverse.

Circa late 1940s or early 1950s.

Approximately 1" in diameter.

Gold-filled.

Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

K.V.S. initials; HJ 1/10 10K T. G.F. mark.
