ARTIFACT: This is a circa late 1930s Van Dam 'Round the World Club flier member celluloid badge. The 'Round the World Club was based at W-O-O-D radio station in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The badge is by St. Louis Button Company Manufacturers and was given to flier members/station listeners by the traveling "Bill, Mack and Jimmie" aviation adventure show.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately 7/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Celluloid-wrapped tin, paper backing.

ATTACHMENT: Straight pin.

MARKINGS: ST. LOUIS BUTTON CO. MFRS. ST. LOUIS MO., union mark.

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The pin shows very light wear only.
