ARTIFACT:

This is a 1930s National Recovery Act (NRA) celluloid member badge. The badge reads NRA MEMBER U.S. WE DO OUR PART and shows an eagle clutching arrows..

VINTAGE:

Circa 1930s.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-1/4" in diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Celluloid-wrapped tin, brass pin.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical brass straight pin.

MARKINGS:

BASTIAN BROS. CO. ROCHESTER N.Y.

CONDITION:

7 (Very Fine): The pin has a small abrasion with some minor yellowing and rust on the reverse.
