Description
This is a cool, large World War II serving bowl from the United States Naval Air Training Center Cadet Mess at Corpus Christi, Texas. The bowl has a blue and gold stripe around the top rim with a winged anchor logo below. The markings date this bowl as manufactured in April 1943.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately in 5-1/8" height and 8-1/2" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Painted ceramic.
MARKINGS:CHINA BY IROQUOIS USA C-4 (partially visible).

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The bowl has some light wear on the inside bottom and the mark is partially worn away.
