This is a Large Rare & Wonderful 1939 Volkswagen Kdf wagen Gautag Ost-Hannover Tinnie.

SIZE:Approximately: 2-1/2" in height x 1-9/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Pieced Aluminum with Green Painted Paper mache with flocking, & Steel pin & Saddle.
