Large 1920's - 30's Exeter, NH Hook & Ladder Co. No. 1 Fire Badge

Large 1920's - 30's Exeter, New Hampshire Hook & Ladder Co. No. 1 fire badge. The raised center of the badge features various firefighting instruments - a ladder, helmet, hook, etc. in embossed detail. Surrounding the center it reads: "HOOK & LADDER CO. No. 1 EXETER., N. H." and the very base of the badge reads: "E. F. D.". An eagle tops the badge with a black scroll flowing from its beak.

Circa 1920's - 1930's.

Nickel plated nickel and blackened details.

Vertical kick pin with 'C' type catch.
