This is a circa 1890's Allentown, Pennsylvania Fire Department celluloid badge. The badge is by .Ed. H. Schlechter, and shows different department buildings around the city, including the Good Will Fire Company.

Celluloid-wrapped tin, paper backing.

Horizontal safety-style pin (covered catch).
