This is a United States Marine Corps Reserve bullion novelty pilot patch made in Japan. The patch shows a winged crest in bullion at center and reads FLYING DADDIES USMCR KOREA.
VINTAGE:Circa Korean War.
SIZE:4-1/4" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Felt patch embroidered in red silk/cotton and bullion threads with muslin backing.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Marine Corps patch collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBEX09 LAGEX 3/10 SAGEX3/15
CONDITION:6+ (Fine-Very Fine): Patch has several small wear holes in the felt but the bullion is only lightly tarnished.
