This is a Japanese-made patch for the United States Marine Corps "Green Hornets" OV-10A aircraft test team. The patch shows a green hornet shaped like an aircraft and reads OV-10A GREEN HORNETS BZZZZZZZZ NPE TEAM.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:5-1/8" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Red and black fully-embroidered patch in multi-colored silk/cotton/polyester threads with muslin backing.
