Italian-Made Lapel Pin for US Army 75th Infantry

This is an Italian-made lapel pin for the United States Army 75th Infantry. The pin is a red, white and blue crest bearing a 75.

Circa World War II.

1/2" height and 7/16" width.

Plated brass with painted areas.

Lapel stud with a keyhole cut-out opening.
