Interesting Circa 1941 District of Columbia Street Trades License Badge

This is an interesting circa 1941 District of Columbia street trades license badge with its original insert. The badge is oval and is stamped with the license number on reverse. It was issued to Albert Jost on September 19, 1941.

Circa 1941 (World War II).

Approximately 1-13/16" in height and 2-5/8" in width.

Nickeled brass, clear celluloid, paper insert.

Vertical kick pin with tongue-style C catch.

Issued 9/19/41 PA 504 on insert; 2063.
