ARTIFACT:

This is an Imperial German Veterans Bund badge made in Berlin. The badge is two crossed swords under an Imperial crown and has a bow-shaped, striped ribbon behind it.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War I.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-1/2" in height and 2-1/2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plated brass and silk.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical safety-style pin with saddle.

MARKINGS:

PAUL KUST BERLIN GESETZLICH GESCHUTZT C 19.
