ARTIFACT: This is a handmade odd variant World War II CBI (China-Burma-India) shoulder patch for the United States Army. The design of the patch is a white Chinese sun and star against a blue background with red and white stripes below. The patch has a blue backing and the stripes are in wool.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 3-1/4" in height and 2-3/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silk with twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads wool felt stripes.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWII CBI Theatre United States Army shoulder patch collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAEX01 LDIX1/14 SDIX07/20

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The patch shows only some light wear.
