ARTIFACT: Great vintage 1957 Phillips 66 Gasoline commemorative ashtray for the Will Rogers Turnpike. The ashtray is in the shape of the state of Oklahoma and the center reads: "COMMEMORATING WILL ROGERS TURNPIKE 1957" in raised lettering. Above to the viewer's right is the company's emblem, a shield that reads: "PHILLIPS" across the top and "66" below. To the viewer's left is the skyline of a city and reads: "TULSA" just beneath and beside that images of a face and building and beneath reads: "WILL ROGERS MUSEUM CLAREMORE".

VINTAGE: Circa 1957

SIZE: Approximately 6-1/2" x 3-1/4"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Stamped aluminum
