ARTIFACT: This is a Great, Rare, Ca 1940's USS BALCH DD - 363 Cap Tally Removed from Cap after Pearl Habor. USS Balch (DD-363) was a Porter-class destroyer in the United States Navy. She is named for Admiral George Beall Balch.

VINTAGE: Circa 1940's.

SIZE: Approximately 27-1/4" x 1-1/2"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silk embroidered in gold tinsel thread..
