This is an Extremely Rare & Very Cool Circa 1907 USS Vermont BB-20 Commissioning Cap Tally in Green Silk. USS Vermont (BB-20), a Connecticut-class battleship, was the second ship of the United States Navy named after the 14th state. She was the third member of the class, which included five other ships.
Approximately 36-1/2" in length x 1-5/8"" in height

Green Silk embroidered in black thread.
