ARTIFACT: This is a Great, just Post World War I circa 1920 United States Air Service 102nd Observation Squadron NYNG New York National Guard Large Sterling Squadron Badge by Dieges & Clust.

VINTAGE: World War I circa 1920.

SIZE: Approximately: 7/8" in height x 2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling Silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with tongue type 'C' catch.

MARKINGS: The Dieges & Clust logo and "Sterling".

ITEM NOTES:

This is from a large collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months.
This beautiful badge is sought after by both DI collectors as a wonderful example of an early sterling DI and by collectors of Aero squadron badges, this being one of the last examples of them. CON-TCH-25 LBCGEX03/21/25 SBCGE04/18/25 REPVBJJJX
