This is a Great Old West 1890's "Stock" Deputy Constable Stamped ball tips 6 Point Star badge by LARSCO Los Angeles Rubber Stamp Company with the Early Cartouche Maker Mark. The lettering on this early badge is hand-stamped. The badge is made of Nickel Plated Nickel and shows great Duty Wear! The Pin was Applied upside Down by the Maker!
VINTAGE:
Circa 1890's.
SIZE:Approximately: 2-1/8" in height x 1-7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel Plated Nickel with nickel plated brass pin.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical one-piece pin, applied upside down by the maker!
