ARTIFACT: This is a great, handmade model of a Grumman F4F-3 United States Navy fighter plane. The Grumman F4F-3 was in service from 1940 to 1945 only. The model flies high above its stand as has its original paint with great detailing and a wonderful spinning propeller!

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 13" in height; plane is about 9-3/4" across by 7-1/2" in length; base is about 3-1/2" by 3".

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wood, painted tin, metal base.

ATTACHMENT: Arm attaching model to stand.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VIEX12 LBDEX5/12

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The model is in wonderful vintage condition.
