Great Early WWII RAAF Sweetheart Pin with RAAF Wing Superimposed on Map of Australia

Great early WWII Royal Army Air Forces Sweetheart pin. The enameled, gilt brass pin features a RAAF wing superimposed on a map of Australia. The two-piece construction shows the enameled wing with a blue enameled center showing: "RAAF" and topped with a red enameled crown. The shape of Australia, shows longitude and latitude lines, etc. to resemble a map. This artifact came along with the Battle of Darwin souvenirs (see link below).
