This is a Great Circa 1960 Memphis Tennessee Police CAPTAIN Coat & Hat Badge Set. Originally Worn by W.D. Mclaughlin 1958 Shelby County Deputy ID Card included. Hat Badge #7.

Circa 1960.
SIZE:
Approximately Coat Badge: 2-5/8" in height x 2-5/16" in width. Hat Badge: 2-7/8" in height x 1-13/16" in width. ID: 2-5/8" in height x 3-1/2" in width. Name Tag: 5/8" in height x 3-3/16" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Coat badge: Gold-plated chrome-plated brass. Hat Badge: Gilt brass. ID: celluloid, ink, paper. Name Tag: Plastic, steel, brass.
ATTACHMENT:
Coat Badge: Vertical Kick pin with drop-in catch. Hat Badge: Two Screw post with disk back. Name Tag: Tow post with clutchbacks.
