Great Ca. 1900 Old West Deputy Sheriff Circle Star Badge. Just Found in Arizona

Great circa 1900 Old West Deputy Sheriff circle-star cut out badge just found in Arizona. The center of the slightly convex badge features a five point star and the surrounding circle reads: "DEPUTY SHERIFF".

Circa 1900.

Approximately 1-3/4" in diameter.

Nickeled nickel, black paint.

Vertical safety style pin with 'C' type catch.
