Great Ca. 1900 Advertising Cigar Container for Havana-American Cigar Co. of New York City

This is a great circa 1900 advertising cigar container for the Havana-American Company of New York City. This piece dates from the era of the second, short-lived incarnation of the company. The container has a heavy glass body and a nickel lid with beautifully embossed leaves and flowers surrounding the company's intertwined HAC logo.

Circa 1900.

Approximately 5-1/2" in height by 5" in diameter.

Glass, nickel.

Removeable lid.
