This is a small drinking glass from Yoken's, a locally famous Portsmouth, New Hampshire restaurant and gift shop started in 194Yoken's had an animated sign showing a whale who spouted water and slapped his tail to draw people inside. The glass shows the friendly whale in black and reads THAR SHE BLOWS! YOKEN'S GOOD THINGS TO EAT.
VINTAGE:Circa 1940s-1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 3-15/16" in height and 2-5/16" in diameter (at base).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Glass.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:Star and 2 and cursive L.
