ARTIFACT: Great 1930's - 1940's Milford, Connecticut police commissioner car badge in painted aluminum. The shield shaped badge reads: "POLICE COMM. MILFORD CONN" in raised lettering against a background of blue.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's - 1940's.

SIZE: Approximately 5-1/2" in height x 5-3/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Heavy cast aluminum with blue painted background.

ATTACHMENT: Two holes for attachment to automobile bumper or radiator grille.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 5+ (Fine-): The car badge shows moderate to heavy wear, much of the painted details remain intact, overall fine condition.
