This is a Great 1920's Collar Badges Rank Insignia & Photos of San Antonio TX Police Captain William Dickman.
Top photo, Dickman is on the Motorcycle, you can see, and partially read, the large Captain Police Circle Star Badges on his stand-up collar.
Bottom photo, Dickman is on left, also wearing pair on round collar badges, but not 100% these are the same pair.
Matched pair, and one single, presumably from another pair, possibly a little later than the pinback ones.
Collar badges could double as lapel badges, with their great old pins and slightly convex form.
