Great 1910s Photo of Dover, New Hampshire Chief of Police in Uniform with Hat Badge #1

This is a great 1910s era photograph of the Dover, New Hampshire Chief of Police. He is shown wearing a modest uniform and a Number 1 hat badge. The photo was taken at Horton Studio in Dover and is in a lovely and ornately decorated tri-fold sepia-tone cover.
