ARTIFACT:

This is a Great 1880's Davidson County Tennessee Humane officer Badge by Dury's Nashville. Dury's opened in 1882 and became Dury & Finney by 1893.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1880's.

SIZE:

Approximately 1" in height x 1-1/2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel-plated brass with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical safety-style pin.

MARKINGS:

"DURY'S NASHVILLE"
