ARTIFACT: Great 1880's Š 1890's Bexar County, Texas Deputy Sheriff circle star, cut-out shield badge. The center of the badge reads: "BEXAR CO." and along the top: "DEPUTY" and the bottom: "SHERIFF". The reverse shows a great pin and patina.

VINTAGE: Circa 1880's - 1890's.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/4" x 1-3/8".

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel plated nickel, black paint.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety style pin.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a police and law enforcement collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBEEX16 LADGEX3/16 SABJJX4/16

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The badge shows minor to moderate wear, great pin and patina on reverse, nearly all of the plated and painted details remain intact, overall excellent condition.
