This is a Gorgeous HEAVY Ca 1921 US Air Service Airship Pilot Wing.
The wing is not Maker Marked, and we originally pointed out that it could be a Meyer made wing.
New evidence has come to light proving that this wing was in fact made by the M. C. Lilley Company of Columbus Ohio.
Circa 1921.
SIZE:Approximately 3-1/8" in length x 7/8" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver Plated Nickel, or possibly even unmarked silver.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with come-under locking catch, converted from Come-under TYPE Tiffany Style Locking Catch..
