This is a gorgeous circa late 1940s flight engineer wing from Trans World Airlines, which began in 1930 when Transcontinental Air Transport merged with Western Air Express. The wing is gold-filled and has great details, with the letters TWA at its center perched upon an arrow. .
VINTAGE:Circa late 1940s.
SIZE:Approximately 13/16" in height and 3-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-filled.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:1/20 10K GF.
