Gorgeous Gold-Filled Late 1940s Trans World Airlines (TWA) 1st Issue Flight Engineer Wing

This is a gorgeous circa late 1940s flight engineer wing from Trans World Airlines, which began in 1930 when Transcontinental Air Transport merged with Western Air Express. The wing is gold-filled and has great details, with the letters TWA at its center perched upon an arrow. .

Circa late 1940s.

Approximately 13/16" in height and 3-1/2" in width.

Gold-filled.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
