ARTIFACT:

This is a German tinnie for the Nazi Colonial Bund Competition on May 16-18, 1939 in Vienna, Austria. The badge has a large eagle hovering over Africa at its center. It reads REICHSKOLONIAL TAGUNG WIEN 16-18, MAI 1939.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1939.

SIZE:

Approximately 2" in height and 1-9/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Stamped brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal safety-style pin.

MARKINGS:

None.
